The poly-V belt drive structure maintains a stable transition of baskets between buildings by wrapping the rollers and drive shaft. Even if the outdoor passage telescopes, the structure’s elasticity and tension prevent cargo shaking and keep the connection path continuous. The supporting waterproof power unit provides reliable power at the transfer section; without frequent maintenance, it keeps the conveying circuit continuously energized, creating a stable link between the two buildings.
Betriebsablauf und manuelle Koordination
Staff at the starting warehouse place baskets according to the conveying rhythm; manual loading provides the initial conveying momentum, and the conveyor extends to the other building. Personnel at the destination and conveyor end work together at the outlet to unload, organize the baskets, and move them indoors, forming a closed-loop loading/unloading process that connects indoor and outdoor areas. Manual pacing runs through the entire inter-building conveying process.
