The top bracket of the incline conveyor docks with the roller conveyor to form a continuous slope from the ground to the truck compartment; the hydraulic lift maintains a smooth transition across different height differences. The poly-V belt powered rollers extend along the docking axis on the ground and inside the truck, using their poly-V belt drive to continuously push the fabric rolls and prevent lateral shifting in the lifting section.
Operating workflow and manual coordination
The operator conveys the fabric roll from the ground roller line to the bottom end of the incline conveyor, then starts the interlinked operation after confirming alignment between the rollers and the incline conveyor; the entry-side operator continuously observes the roll’s axial position and the rollers’ start/stop status. The incline conveyor uses hydraulic lifting to position at the truck entrance; personnel at the truck side guide the fabric roll to roll into the compartment on the roller line while monitoring the roll’s center of gravity and speed to ensure the whole system maintains a consistent rhythm after startup.

During testing, the combined system achieved continuous flow of fabric rolls from the ground to the truck compartment, with no interruptions or lateral shifting observed, maintaining a stable posture throughout transfer.
