I. Installation Instructions

Application notes: as stated in the original text,38 non-powered,50 non-powered and Furai wheel have the same installation steps.

Installation steps

1. Align the two Furai wheels

• First, align the two Furai wheels.

• 

2. Install the upper support plate

• Remove the anti-slip nuts from both ends.

• After installing the upper support plate, re-tighten the nuts.

• 

3. Install the upper and lower support plates

• Repeat the previous step to remove the nuts from both ends again.

• Install the upper and lower support plates.

• 

4. Tighten the nuts

• Use both sides simultaneously 13 wrench to tighten the nuts.

• 

5. Install the bracket

• After aligning the bracket, insert it into the upper and lower supports.

• 

6. Tighten the hex socket screws

• Install 10 hex socket screw and tighten.

• 

7. Adjust the leg frame height

• Loosen the T-handle screw to adjust the leg height.

• 

8. Install the handrail

• The handrail can be installed at the head or tail.

• 

II. Usage Notes

1. Avoid dropping goods from height during loading and unloading

• When unloading, do not drop goods directly from a high place.

• This will shorten the machine’s service life.

2. Avoid collisions during storage and movement

• Handle the machine carefully when storing or moving it.

• So that telescoping rails and other parts are not damaged.

3. Pay attention to the storage environment

• The equipment should be kept away from the following environments:

  • Areas with chemical gases

  • Areas with corrosive gases

  • Humid environments

  • Places with standing water or prone to contact with water

• These conditions can damage machine parts and reduce the equipment’s lifespan.

4. Inspect for transportation damage after receipt

• After receiving the goods, please check whether any damage occurred during logistics transport.

• If you find any damage, notify us promptly.
