Scenario & Requirements
Inside the beer warehouse, a multi-wedge-belt powered roller conveyor continuously pushes full cases of beer outward, with the goal of docking with the side cargo door of a 9.6-meter truck outside the warehouse. Near the cargo box, a receiving end with an adjustable slope is reserved: the stand starts at the flat-ground position, and the rear section is gradually raised to match the height difference at the truck opening.
How the Solution Connects
A roller conveyor is laid in a straight line between the warehouse exit and the truck’s side door, integrating the indoor conveying surface with the outdoor ramp. The stands near the truck body can be raised or lowered according to the truck position, making the rear end of the ramp flush with the side cargo door and ensuring goods continue advancing along the multi-wedge-belt powered rollers.

Operating Process & Manual Coordination
Operators push boxed beer into the front end of the conveyor at the warehouse exit, keeping movement synchronized with the multi-wedge-belt conveying surface. When approaching the cargo-box area, the on-site team adjusts the stand height near the truck body to ensure the ramp end is parallel to the side cargo door, providing continuous transition support. After setting the drive state, goods on the ramp section enter the truck body smoothly; operators only need to maintain pace and observe conditions at the front and rear ends.
Changes After Use
The multi-wedge-belt powered roller conveyor and the ramp form a complete outbound channel, making warehouse-to-truck operations smoother. The adjustable stands and ramp connection reduce handling intervention, keeping the conveying rhythm synchronized with the side cargo door position, so workers can focus more on pushing and organizing goods.
