Scenario & Requirements
20 L bottled water needs to be conveyed from the finished-goods area to the loading position along an approximately 10° slope. A combined setup of a rubber-coated roller conveyor and a medium hydraulic conveyor is used: the push belt on the horizontal section is extended to the start of the incline, and multi-wedge-belt drive ensures sufficient roller friction. Because the goods are relatively narrow, the roller pitch must be as tight as possible and the interface transition must be smooth to prevent wobbling or tilting at transfer points and to maintain transport stability.

How the Solution Connects
At the interface, the multi-wedge-belt powered rubber-coated roller conveyor is aligned with the top bracket of the medium hydraulic conveyor. The push belt is kept at the same height as the surface of the hydraulic conveyor so the goods continuously receive drive and frictional support across the contact area. When adjusting the mating surface between the hydraulic conveyor and the roller end, the key is to smooth the relative angle between the incline section and the horizontal section, preventing the goods from being lifted before entering the slope or getting caught at the seam.
Operating Process & Manual Coordination
Operators align and arrange the bottled water on the side of the horizontal section. The rubber-coated rollers gradually convey it to the start of the hydraulic conveyor, keeping the goods neatly entering the incline. Manual attention focuses on the roller pitch and the joint between the hydraulic conveyor and the conveyor line; when necessary, small adjustments are used so narrow goods do not lean excessively or jam at the interface, keeping the line continuous.
Changes After Use
The multi-wedge-belt drive and rubber-coated rollers maintain stable friction on the incline, so the bottled water stays upright when moving between high and low sections. A smooth interface transition and proper control of roller spacing reduce wobble, producing a smoother conveying flow.
