Scenario and Requirements
Inside the cold storage, a humid environment around 0°C is maintained. Goods are mostly metal drums, plastic drums, rolls, and cartons. The conveying line must remain continuously stable to avoid stacking disturbances caused by temperature differences. The site is designed with an integrated loading/unloading area and internal aisle, requiring the conveyor section to withstand cold-zone humidity while maintaining orderly product placement.
How the Solution Connects
The multi-wedge belt powered roller conveyor, using a combination of multi-wedge belts and a motor-driven belt, forms a continuous conveying channel between the transfer area and the internal aisle. Its telescopic structure and locking-caster legs make it easy to adjust the connection length according to aisle width. Operating Process and Labor Coordination
In the loading/unloading area, personnel place goods such as metal drums at the conveyor infeed. Forward/reverse operation and stepless speed regulation are used to match the pace of different goods; if accumulation occurs, workers fine-tune the speed and handoff actions. Height adjustment and the movable, locking casters support repositioning the conveyor section, allowing installation and maintenance to be completed under sealed cold-zone conditions. Emergency stop and start/stop functions support on-site task division and temporary intervention, ensuring safe human-machine interaction.
Changes After Use
The equipment maintains stable operation in humid, low-temperature conditions, reducing cases where goods slip due to vibration and require repeated handling. Material flow becomes more continuous, and with adjustable operating states and a movable frame, workers concentrate repetitive physical labor on feeding and receiving tasks.
