Scenario and requirements
The goods for this operation are bottled water wrapped in heat shrink film, loaded on a 9.6-meter truck. If the shrink film gets bumped or compressed during conveying, it is prone to damage, so stable conveying is necessary. A temporary conveyance channel must be set up between the truck tailboard and the warehouse entrance so that the goods can go directly from the truck into the warehouse, avoiding repeated manual handling.
How the gravity skate wheel conveyor connects to this scenario
The gravity skate wheel conveyor operates by relying on gravity, requiring no external power or drive equipment. It is directly deployed and connected between the truck tailboard and the warehouse entrance, forming an inclined transfer path, allowing goods to slide along the rollers toward the lower end under their own weight.
The equipment features a folding telescopic structure, enabling quick deployment before operation and retraction after completion for storage, occupying no fixed space and meeting the temporary setup needs of truck unloading.

Operational process and manual coordination
At the truck end, workers push the bottled water onto the gravity skate wheel conveyor piece by piece or row by row, and the goods slide toward the warehouse end by gravity. Warehouse workers receive and stack the cargo, with no additional power equipment involved throughout the process.
Changes after usage
The unloading process became smooth, and the shrink-wrapped bottled water experienced no damage during sliding, ensuring packaging integrity. The conveyor setup and takedown are convenient and do not affect the normal turnover of the truck or warehouse.
