Home Appliance Loading Case

This case uses a Medium Hydraulic Conveyor together with a Multi-Wedge Belt Powered Roller Conveyor on the truck compartment to continuously feed large boxed home appliances into a 40HC container. The equipment handles front-and-back relay conveying, while workers inside the truck continue arranging and sorting, making the loading process smoother, the conveying stable, and the goods less likely to fall.

Scenario and loading requirements

In this case, the loading items are large boxed home appliances, and the goal is to load them into a 40HC container. The key on-site concern is continuously conveying these bulky boxes into the cabin to keep the loading process flowing smoothly.

During loading, these boxy items must not only reach the cabin opening but also continue to be pushed inside. Therefore, the site requires stable conveying: goods must not fall during the process, and the feeding stages must not be frequently interrupted.

How the medium incline conveyor connects with the multi-wedge belt powered roller conveyor inside the cabin

This case adopts the combination of the medium incline conveyor plus the multi-wedge belt powered roller conveyor mounted inside the cabin to complete the loading. The medium incline conveyor continuously delivers the large boxed home appliances to the cabin entrance, creating a stable handoff, while the powered roller conveyor inside the cabin carries the goods further inward.

In this way, the loading chain does not end at the cabin opening but is instead relayed by the two machines, continuously sending goods toward the interior, reducing pauses and keeping the whole loading process coherent.

Loading workflow and manual coordination

During operation, the large boxed home appliances first enter the medium incline conveyor section, then continue climbing along the equipment up to the cabin entrance. Once inside, the multi-wedge belt powered roller conveyor on the cabin takes over, ensuring continuous delivery further into the vehicle so the loading action keeps advancing.

In this process, the equipment handles the continuous conveyance from loading to inside the cabin, while the crew inside the cabin follows up with placement and organization. This allows the conveyance and cabin preparation to stay aligned along the same loading chain, avoiding repeated handling after the goods reach the cabin mouth.

Post-implementation changes: improved loading efficiency and conveying stability

After using this combined solution, loading efficiency for the large boxed home appliances has noticeably improved. The on-site loading appears more continuous, with smoother transitions between stages.

At the same time, the conveyance performance remains stable, with no goods dropping during transport. This is one of the more direct results of this case: it guarantees loading progress while maintaining the stability of the large boxed cargo in transit.
