Section 1: Before operation

  1. Inspect the equipment appearance for damage, ensure all connections are tight, and check for belt damage or misalignment.
  2. Verify the electrical system is functioning properly, including power cords, control buttons, and indicator lights.
  3. Ensure the surrounding area is free of obstacles and the workspace is tidy.
  4. Confirm that safety protections are complete and effective, such as guardrails and emergency stop buttons.

Section 2: During operation

  1. Before starting the equipment, issue a warning signal to ensure surrounding personnel are safe.
  2. Start the equipment in the correct order: downstream units before upstream ones.
  3. During operation, operators must not leave their posts and should closely monitor the equipment’s running status.
  4. Watch the belt’s behavior; if you notice misalignment, slipping, or other abnormalities, stop the machine and adjust promptly.
  5. Never place tools, debris, or other items on the belt to avoid disrupting normal operation or creating safety hazards.

3. After operation

  1. After the equipment stops running, promptly clean dust and debris from its surface.
  2. Inspect all components for damage or wear, and replace any as needed.
  3. Turn off the equipment power and perform routine maintenance and upkeep.

  1. Do not perform maintenance, servicing, or cleaning while the equipment is running.
