Truck Loading Case

This case centers on loading a 7.6 m truck, with a Multi-Wedge Belt Powered Roller Conveyor and a Medium Hydraulic Conveyor connected front and back to convey goods. Inside the truck compartment, 2 workers are responsible for receiving, arranging, and stacking the goods. The loading process is continuous, and on-site feedback indicates very high efficiency.

Scenario and loading requirements

This case involves a truck loading scenario with a 7.6-meter vehicle. The setup uses a multi-wedge belt powered roller conveyor and a medium ramp conveyor working together to complete the loading.

The focus here is not on introducing each device individually but on how the front section conveyor connects with the ramp loading stage, keeping goods continuously moving toward the truck, and how the workers inside the trailer continue the sorting and stacking.

How the multi-wedge belt powered roller conveyor connects with the medium ramp conveyor

During loading, the multi-wedge belt powered roller conveyor first delivers goods continuously to the connection point, and the medium ramp conveyor takes over, continuing to push goods into the truck. When the two devices are linked front to back, they form a continuous loading path.

This coordination ensures that the front-end conveying and truck loading are not separate actions but advance along the same path. Once goods enter the ramp section, they keep moving into the truck.

On-site process and in-truck manual coordination

During operation, goods conveyed by the multi-wedge belt powered roller conveyor enter the medium ramp conveyor and are continuously delivered into the truck. Two workers inside the trailer handle receiving, organizing, and stacking.

In other words, the front section is continuously feeding cargo via the equipment, while the workers inside finalize the handling. The machinery carries cargo inward, and the in-truck crew continues sorting and stacking, creating a direct handoff.

Changes in loading after usage

Feedback from this case shows that incorporating the medium ramp conveyor for loading, together with in-truck stacking, greatly boosted on-site loading efficiency.

The loading sequence became more continuous, with goods steadily pushed into the truck and in-truck work concentrated on the final sorting and stacking. The multi-wedge belt powered roller conveyor and medium ramp conveyor handle the front section and the handover into the truck, while workers continue organizing inside, making on-site coordination smoother.
