Unloading scenario and work requirements
After a 9.6-meter side-door truck docks at the warehouse operation area, its side door opens to form a lateral unloading exit. The goods are boxed cartons destined for the corresponding storage area inside the warehouse.
The gravity roller conveyor is installed at the side compartment door, creating a direct transfer path between the truck compartment exit and the warehouse floor so cartons do not need ground transfer.

Both the GRC-38 (38 mm drum diameter) and GRC-50 (50 mm drum diameter) come with manual height-adjustable legs so operators can level the conveyors with the base of the side compartment door before use.
Both models feature telescoping structures that extend according to the actual distance from the side compartment opening to the storage area, covering the transfer path; when retracted, their footprint shrinks for easier relocation. According to the specifications, both support 50 kg/m load capacity with a maximum single carton weight of 25 kg. The step-lock swivel casters are pressed down once the equipment is in place to prevent movement during operation.

Workflow of workers collaborating with the conveyor.
Workers inside the compartment place cartons one by one onto the roller surface and rely on gravity or a light push to glide them toward the warehouse. Warehouse personnel receive the cartons at the receiving point and move them directly to their designated storage locations, eliminating intermediate handling throughout the entire path. As long as carton weights stay within the model’s rated range, rolling is smooth and the operation can maintain a continuous pace.

After unloading is finished, release the caster locks and push the unit away from the current position. Once the telescoping structure is collapsed, the overall footprint shrinks so it can be moved to the next loading point or stored away.
